随着社会经济的发展，目前毒品流行趋势出现了新的变化。据2016年中国毒品形势报告显示，毒品滥用种类多元并存，合成毒品滥用规模居首位。在全国现有250.5万名吸毒人员中，滥用合成毒品人员151.5万名，占60.5%。由于合成毒品具有强烈的中枢兴奋和致幻作用，容易导致滥用者出现焦虑抑郁等情绪症状以及幻觉妄想等精神病性症状。如何对合成毒品所导致精神障碍进行规范化诊疗成为了戒毒实践工作中面临的新挑战。
    为了提高对合成毒品所致精神症状的早期识别和科学干预，中国药物滥用防治协会将于2018年5月25日至26日在广州市召开“2018年全国药物滥用防治研讨会暨中国药物滥用防治协会第十七届学术会议”，本次会议以“科学创新、多元发展”为主题，届时将有来自国内外药物滥用防治领域的500余位学者参会，并邀请本领域重要专家做大会主题发言，旨在充分交流和展示国内外药物滥用防治领域的成绩和经验，共同探讨和展望我国药物滥用防治工作的发展前景，这将是贵公司对外展示公司及其产品形象、抢占市场的难得商机。现将会议及赞助有关事项通告如下：

With the social and economic development, new changes have taken place in the trends of drug epidemic. According to the Report on the Situation of Drugs in China in 2016, diversified types of drug abuse existed and the scale of synthetic drugs abuse ranked first. There were 2.55 million drug abusers throughout the country, 1.515 million of which were drug abusers, accounting for 60.5%. Since synthetic drugs can strongly stimulate the central nervous and have intense hallucinogenic effects, they are easy to cause the abusers to have emotional symptoms such as anxiety and depression, and psychotic symptoms like hallucinations and delusions. How to standardize the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders caused by synthetic drugs has become a new challenge in the practice of drug rehabilitation.
